Helgoland impresses not only
with its dramatic, rocky coastline
and isolated location in the North Sea,
but also with its distinctive design:
Hamburg-based artist Johannes Ufer
developed a palette of 14 earth tones specifically for this location,
accentuating the cubic, concise design language of Helgoland's houses.
